Chaklin for 27 years, starting as a research assistant and growing to the supervisor of the orthopedic department for adults. Over the past 15 years his main activity has been endoprosthesis of large joints. He trained and developed his skills in the clinics in Russia and abroad: Israel, Switzerland, England, Germany, Belgium, USA, and Poland. He has performed more than 1500 hip replacement and 150 knee replacement surgeries with implants of different systems for different diseases and injuries, in addition to treatment of other orthopedic diseases, including forefoot deformity (hallux valgus). Member of GRECMIP (Group of Search and Study in Mini-Invasive Surgery of the foot and of the ankle)

He trained and developed his skills in the clinics in Russia and abroad: the Czech Republic and Poland. Dr. Polyakov has performed more than 1000 arthroscopic procedures on the knee in addition to treatment of other orthopedic diseases. For many years he conducted training courses on arthroscopic surgery. For several years, he has been a consultant to leading professional sports clubs in Russia. Member of the Russian arthroscopic society.
